- Ingredients
- Chicken: Β½ kg
- Chilli sauce: 2 tablespoon
- Vinegar: 2 tablespoon
- Soy sauce: 2 tablespoon
- Ginger garlic paste: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: 1 tablespoon
- Red chilli powder: 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper: 1 teaspoon
- For cooking:
- Ginger garlic paste: 1 tablespoon
- Corn flour: 2 tablespoon
- Chopped onions
- Chopped capsicum
- Tomato paste: 2 tablespoons
- Red chilli powder: 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper: 1 teaspoon
Steps to follow:
- In a bowl take chicken and add the spices.
- Mix well and let it marinate for 1 hour.
- In a pan take oil and add ginger garlic paste to it.
- Then add marinated chicken to it and cook it for 10 minutes on low flame.
- Then add red chilli powder, black pepper and mix it.
- Then add chopped onions and capsicum to it and cook for 10 minutes.
- Then add corn flour slurry to it and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
- Now it’s ready to serve.
Serving:
Serve it with rice or flatbreads.
